Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and green onions.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
