- 4 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the torn croissant pieces and raisins, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
