A delightful dessert combining angel cake and churros.
Ingredients

- 1 angel food cake
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter, and bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour until a ball forms, then remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Pipe the mixture into desired shapes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat the baked churro bites in the cinnamon sugar.
- Serve with a side of chocolate sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best served fresh.
