Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 small corn tortillas
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, salsa, and cumin.
- Warm tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
- Place a small amount of the mixture in each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
