Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, salsa, and cumin.
  3. Warm tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
  4. Place a small amount of the mixture in each tortilla.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Spray with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
