Description

Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced cucumbers and grated carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
