Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top for garnish.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a few drops of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- These can be made a day in advance.
