Description

A creamy and tangy macaroni salad inspired by deviled eggs.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar.
  3. Add cooled macaroni, celery, and red onion to the bowl.
  4. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Garnish with paprika before serving.
