Description
A refreshing and tangy chicken salad made with dill pickles.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and diced pickles.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the mayo mixture to the chicken and pickles.
- Add red onion, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
