Description
A refreshing dill pickle pasta salad that combines crunchy pickles with tender pasta.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, pickles, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Add diced celery for extra crunch.
