- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cooked egg noodles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cooked egg noodles, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
