- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir until well mixed.
- In another bowl, mix stuffing with melted butter.
- Spread the chicken mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with the stuffing mixture evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for faster preparation.
- Can substitute cream of chicken with cream of mushroom.
- Add herbs for extra flavor.
