- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2–3 green chilies, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and green chilies; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix in chili sauce, vinegar, and salt; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer chilies.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
- Use boneless chicken thighs for a juicier texture.
