- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
