Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 slice of luncheon meat
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Melt butter in the skillet.
- Crack the egg into the skillet and cook until the white is set.
- Add the cheese and luncheon meat on top of the egg.
- Place the second slice of bread on top.
- Flip the sandwich and cook until the bread is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
