Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in sour cream, espresso, and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Let it cool and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
