Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Drain pasta and add to the sauce.
- Toss to coat pasta with sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
