Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
- Fold in green onions and bell pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños.
