- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
- Add shrimp mixture to the egg mixture and stir in cheddar cheese.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute shrimp with crab or lobster.
- Try adding bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad.
