A rich and decadent flourless chocolate cake that is easy to make.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, salt, and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift cocoa powder into the mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or berries.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
