Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  4. In another bowl, combine chopped pecans, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
