- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in chocolate chips and vanilla extract gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then turn off the oven.
- Leave the cookies in the oven until completely cool, ideally overnight.
Notes
- Make sure your mixing bowl is free of grease.
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
