A delicious twist on the classic French dip sandwich, rolled up in a tortilla.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup au jus sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on each tortilla.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly.
- Slice each roll into pinwheels.
- Serve with au jus sauce for dipping.

- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Serve cold or warm.
