- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- Add beef broth to the pan and reduce for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with onion mixture. Stir in Gruyère cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
