- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups French onion dip
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer half of the potato slices in the dish.
- Spread half of the French onion dip over the potatoes.
- Add half of the chopped onions on top.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, dip, onions, and cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden brown.
