Ingredients

- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package puff pastry
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet.
- Mix caramelized onions, Gruyere cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute Gruyere with any preferred cheese.
- Caramelized onions can be made in advance.
- Serve warm for best flavor.
