Delicious breakfast sliders made with French toast.
Ingredients

- 6 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 slices of bacon
- 6 slices of cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture.
- Cook bread slices on a skillet until golden brown.
- Cook bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
- Assemble sliders with a slice of French toast, bacon, and cheese.
- Top with another slice of French toast.
Notes
- Use any bread of your choice.
- Maple syrup can be served on the side.
- Can be made in advance and reheated.
