- 4 slices of bologna
- 4 slider buns
- 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Melt butter in the skillet.
- Add bologna slices and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and chopped pickles to create the dijonnaise.
- Spread the dijonnaise on each slider bun.
- Place the fried bologna on the bottom half of the buns.
- Top with the other half of the buns and serve.

- Adjust the amount of pickles according to your taste.
