A crunchy and flavorful salad with a Tex-Mex twist.
Ingredients

- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cooked corn
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes, corn, and black beans.
- In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing with taco seasoning.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Just before serving, add Fritos and cheese on top.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
- Use low-fat ranch dressing for a lighter option.
