Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons coffee, for frosting
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, for frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sugar and melted butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla; stir until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Stir in cooled coffee.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let brownies cool completely.
- For frosting, mix powdered sugar, coffee, and cocoa until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
