  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coffee, for frosting
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, for frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in cooled coffee.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let brownies cool completely.
  10. For frosting, mix powdered sugar, coffee, and cocoa until smooth.
  11. Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
