A delicious and chewy fruitcake bar filled with dried fruits and nuts.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed dried fruits
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the dried fruits, nuts, oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
