Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream and fruity pebbles cereal.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Before serving, top with extra fruity pebbles.
