- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix honey, applesauce, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

- These brownies freeze well for longer storage.
