Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix honey, applesauce, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
