Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a pie dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, mix grated zucchini, cheese, and onion.
- Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
