Ingredients

- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumbers
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and lemon juice.
- Add all chopped vegetables to the bowl.
- Mix until well blended.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
