Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup diced pickles

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add onions and pickles, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in ketchup and mix well.
  5. Spread garlic butter on each tortilla.
  6. Place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
