- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions and pickles, cooking until softened.
- Stir in ketchup and mix well.
- Spread garlic butter on each tortilla.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
