Soft and fluffy garlic butter rolls perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, softened for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 12 pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the remaining butter and mix with minced garlic and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Parmesan cheese to the garlic butter.
- These rolls can be frozen after baking.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
