- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and parsley. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
