A flavorful dish of steak and potatoes cooked in garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender.
- Serve the steaks with the garlic butter potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for desired steak doneness.
- Use any cut of steak you prefer.
- Leftover garlic butter can be used on other dishes.
