Description

A delicious garlic butter steak served with a cheesy potato bake.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic butter and sliced potatoes.
  6. Stir potatoes to coat and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add milk and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  8. Transfer potatoes to a baking dish and place steaks on top.
  9. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy.
