Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add garlic butter and sliced potatoes.
- Stir potatoes to coat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add milk and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- Transfer potatoes to a baking dish and place steaks on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
