Description

A quick and tasty garlic chicken lo mein with sautéed vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and chicken, sauté until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked noodles and soy sauce.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.

  • Adjust soy sauce to taste.
