Description
A quick and tasty garlic chicken lo mein with sautéed vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and chicken, sauté until chicken is cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cooked noodles and soy sauce.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- For extra flavor, add ginger.
