Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chili paste and soy sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked rice.
