Delicious garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs filled with juicy beef and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
