- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- Add chicken and potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place chicken and potatoes in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot.

- For a crispier finish, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
