- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush onion slices with olive oil.
- Coat each onion slice with the cheese mixture.
- Place coated onion slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
