- 8 oz tortellini
- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Add cooked tortellini and steak back to the skillet. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
