Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grate the potatoes and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add chopped onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Heat oil in a baking dish in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the potato mixture into the hot baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
