- 2 pounds potatoes, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grate the potatoes and place them in a large bowl.
- Add chopped onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Heat oil in a baking dish in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Pour the potato mixture into the hot baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Serve with applesauce or sour cream.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
- Use waxy potatoes for better texture.
