- 100g sauerkraut
- 150g smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add smoked sausage, cook until browned.
- Stir in sauerkraut and cook for 5 minutes.
- Combine the sausage mixture with drained spaghetti.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
