Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, molasses, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill a donut pan with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let donuts cool before serving.
