Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed gingerbread cookies and cream cheese.
  2. Add ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill again until set.
