Delicious and easy-to-make Gingerbread Truffles for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed gingerbread cookies and cream cheese.
- Add ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Chill again until set.

- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- Use your favorite brand of gingerbread cookies.
- Experiment with different types of chocolate for dipping.
