- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the honey lime mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Slice the grilled chicken.
- Layer rice, sliced chicken, and avocado in a stack on a plate.
- Drizzle any remaining honey lime glaze over the top.
